The word hobby is also used in Italian, but it would stay in the singular so you may hear quali sono i tuoi hobby? (what are your hobbies?) or hai qualche hobby? (do you have any hobbies?). Another way to ask this question is cosa fai nel tempo libero? (what do you do in your free time?).
