11240 Groups

Help me out here please, I’m blind as a bat at the best of times but with the new set up where is the link to ‘Groups’?

I know I can access the ones to which I belong by going via my profile, but does this mean groups are defunct and no new ones can be created?

While I’m at it can I ask the reason for the upgrade? Is there any new functionality or is it just a matter of moving things about?

'Quick Links', then the 'Social Groups' bit under 'Networking'

The 'quick links' is only there for me when I am logged in - and I can't find a way to get to look at Groups without using the quick links.

I know you might say why would I want to look at groups when not logged in - but I used to be able to, and now I can't. Are we going to get a Topline button for Groups, as we used to have?

Hmmmm

I seem to remember that last Christmas there was a load of controversy about impending changes to the forum, that got a few of us wound up, some banned and others put on moderation. Now this Christmas, we have an sudden unannounced upgrade which makes use of the forum difficult for some and has made certain features less accessible.

Do I detect a certain lack of Christmas spirit?

I hav ejust looked at the Pets Group and there are empty boxes instead of photos of our pets!

Same on profile pages, no pictures displayed in the albums. Also text is overlapping. Hope it gets sorted out soon.
