I am looking to kick start improving from very rudimentary (largely restaurant and building related nouns to date!) Italian and was considering doing 2 weeks 'immersion' in a full time course.
Context is we have have just got habitable a holiday home in Southern Le Marche. So preference would be something in the region, though not limited to this if great recommendations elsewhere.
