11592 Real call to 118

I couldn't hear enough to make sense of it. :no: I could sense extreme "tearing your hair out" type despair from the male operator though. That accent is so difficult still - which has reminded me of a post to do on How not to speak Italian.

I cannot hear or see anything, so am obviously missing something...am I?

I could not understand a word of what the old lady was saying during most of the time. I did get the operator reiterating that this was a number to call for "emergenza sanitaria" and I did realise that the old lady was asking him the number to ring for her emergency. But the whole thing was hilarious..... at least for an outsider.
