11810 Decking in Lunigiana.

Would anyone have advice for what the best wood would be to use as decking? I'm on the side of a south facing hill. Winters are quite wet and summers are very hot. And where could I get good quality decking in the Lunigiana area?

No g'tees that they do it, but try:

1. Lumachelli? as you go into Pontrmoli

2. Big wood merchants tucked in behind Q8 petrol in Aulla

Found what I was looking for. The wood suppliers in Aulla behind the large Q8 service station is great. (Thanks Ghianda). They don't keep everything in stock, but are very helpful and order in. And there's even an english speaker there for those (like me) who havnt yet mastered the lingo.
