I have also found the Skin So Soft body oil very effective.
(Beware if you get a bit on tiled floors as it can make it dangerously slippery).
You can buy it and have it sent overseas here, I believe:

I can vouch for the effectiveness of SSS OIL. I was distracted by visitors arriving whilst I was applying it once, which resulted in only one leg being ‘done’.
At the end of the evening the leg with the SSS was bite free but not the other one, It did take a while for me to remember that I had not applied it to both legs!

Actually SSS has another advantage - it is actually quite a nice product for skin care! It gives your skin that silky "I've been on holiday somewhere very expensive in the Med" look. You do know Med tans are considered the finest tans in the world - dont you?

[quote=juliancoll;112604]Avon have a special offer on at the moment - "Any 3 for £6 mix n match across selected bath and body products" - so that works out at £2 quid a bottle - not bad at all - and as the product doesn't go "off" you can keep a stock.

This is the one you want to buy.

I'm about to have a dozen zanzariere fitted at some cost and now I read that 6 quid would have done the job just as well. :frown:

Veet - a good diet - and a couple of days on one of these should sort you out Gander. :laughs:

Thanks but I was thinking of tanning them rather than extending them, but I understand how the Neapolitan mind works

Skin So Soft

I was looking at the Avon web site and they also sell skin so soft in Italy. It didn't say how much it is but there is a girl in my work who sells Avon so I will try and find out.
Or why not ask about ....there might be a friendly Avon person near you. ( at least that way you can top up your supply whenever you want!)

Just a follow on from my previous post. I checked out the price of the skin so soft with my colleague and it is on offer just now for €4.95 (normally €7.50) for a 150 ml bottle.
Regards

Thanks Auds, a friend has just ordered me 3 bottles for £6 through the UK web site, (but actually not sure of the size), I shall be testing it out and reporting back.

Hi A,
We saw an Avon brochure on the streets of Ascoli the other day - shame I didn't see this post earlier or I would have picked it up for you!!!! So there must be someone who delivers round here somewhere x

Try then putting Ascoli Avon into Yahoo search engine Angie. Lots of useful results.

Last summer on the hill we used "Skin so Soft" until sadly, it ran out......Had to use other products. They didn't work quite as well & we didn't have nice sleek skin or smell as good. I eneded up by mixing it up in a bottle with sun cream. We have no contacts in the U.K. that "do" Avon so can't renew. I have gone into the Italian Avon site and attempted to put in my address and age(?) etc, but keeps booting me out! Obviously, being a bit of a wally.

Hi Sprat
Perhaps a friend can order it online in the UK and bring it out for you?. We will have to do our research Sarah, perhaps we can find it here, thanks to all who have been helpful.

Or order some through the link provided by 'iwanttobeinitaly' - have recently ordered 3 bottles, total cost incl p&p to Italy = £13.98.

Thanks Anne for future use, for now I will stick with my £6 and bought over by a friend who is driving to her house this time, now what else shall I ask for.

I had some sent out late last year, but haven't needed to try it yet. I have heard it is very good though.
