I think you'll be fine. The only possible problem could be if you drive on a black day which are the first and last weekends in August and sometimes the weekend near Ferragosto. Occasionally also the Mayday weekend can be black - but usually this applies only to lorries and not vans - it all depends where you are - down here nobody takes any notice!
