11823 Casasulbosco

We are new to this community but have been in italy for 6 months having sold up packed what we needed in the car and driven with the dog!from kent to Basilicata where we had purchased an earthquake damaged property 6months previously!
We are in Italy to start a new life and to run a B&B from our home when renovations completed.
So far we dont miss anything about the UK......the Italian language is coming along slowly.......there are a few other bits in the area......which is nice.
Basilicata is waiting to be discovered ....unspoilt by mass tourism.....and its now our home........and we do feel at home!

Good luck with your new life! Put some pictures up of your place before and after renovations. A lot of us will be very envious of you actually 'doing the move'. Hope the credit crunch isn't affecting your finances.
