We purchased a cottage in southern

We purchased a cottage in southern Italy that we will be renting out. We are in the U.S. We have had a difficult time finding an insurance company to insurance the property. The U.S. insurance companies don't do this and can't find an Italian insurance company either. There are companies in the U.K. that will do this, but only for U.K. citizens. Any suggestions?
