Hi all,
Does anyone know an agency based in Vasto called Better Property Italy. We are in the process of buying a house with this agency and hoped some of you could recommend them. Thank you in advance,

We have come across a number of agents in Italy and would recommend very few! Perhaps if you outlined your concerns a well know agent(s) on here will give their view – they are of the few I would trust. I've never heard of the agent you mention.

The lead agent's name is Antonio Cieri. We have no specific concerns, it's just not a position we have ever been in before and are rather cautious. Loads of other agent's have testimonials on their sites but not this one.

Very few in the network have REALLY testimonials, long ago an Italian girl who worked in a master for a famous French tire firm, tell me it was paid to write testimonials in the company's website - says well Modi, always ask to be put In contact with other customers - Even if, for the privacy law, it would be forbidden to make customer names - I, in fact, are very proud of my customers who have done this for me for over 15 years.

He's a legally operating agent, the agency is registered and he uses registered translators. Testimonials can mean very little to be honest. But why not ask him to put you in touch with one of his happy clients.

It was a loooong drawn out process, but yes we are busy renovating the property now. I believe that patience is key when dealing with all property agents in Italy. But the agency were very lovely and friendly. I am happy to recommend them. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply S.Pthats really good news that you have had a good experience with Better Property Italy.we are in the process of buying our first property with Antonio and although slow seems ok, but it can be a worry when there is a language barrier and a few hundred miles of water!signing our deeds this August.you have popped my mind at ease, thank you

Glad to help. Antonio has a business partner called Rosanna who speaks excellent english. If I can help in anyway let me know. I know it's very nerve wrecking but hold your nerves and remember that it'll be worth it.

We have spoken with Rosanna on many occasion, but recently Antonio has been answering all our emails. Was unsure if she had left the company or not? She is a great asset so I would be surprised if she has moved on.whereabouts have you bought your property? We have bought ours in Palata. Such a lovely little town, in a beautiful country. I’m rather excited to be owning our own place this year. Thanks lisa

We will be getting to know you well so...... we bought in Palata too!! We love the village and area. Perhaps Rosanna is back in the US or on holiday. Do you deal with the lovely Angelo? He is just the best too. Keep in touch. It's crazy that we will both be in Palata.
