We have a property in La Marche and

We have a property in La Marche and have been living here for the past few years. I have read that recently the laws have changed in Italy and that Equity Release financing schemes are permitted, but I can find very little information on them, especially companies that might offer such a facility. Does anoyone by any chance have any experience in this matter? Any suggestions that could maybe shed some light and point me in the right direction? Many thanks in advance.
