Hello everyone, I'm Brazilian

Hello everyone, I'm Brazilian with Italian ancestry and have been in the process of gathering documents in order to get my dual citizenship though the "jure sanguinis" right. At the moment, I'm stuck in the stage of getting my ancestral immigrant certificates (birth and marriage) from his comune in Napoli.I wonder if anyone could help me on how I can contact the comune. At first, I tried to request it through the Napoli comune email I found (protocollo@pec.comune.napoli.it, and statocivile@pec.comune.napoli.it). First, I got a system error, rejecting my message. I researched this a bit and found that in Italy, most authorities use a "PEC" type of email so I signed up to a PEC email  account and tried again from (policastro.bruno@messaggipec.it). Then my emails were not reject anymore but  it's been 8 days I emailed them and didn't get any answers.I unfortunately don't speak Italian so, could anyone help me with this? I need to confirm if those are the right emails and if there's a faster way to request this without the need of speaking Italian. Thanks in advanceAtte Bruno.

Hello, and do you really expect the employees of the registry office of the municipality of Naples to reply to your e-mail, perhaps written in English?Regarding the PEC addresses = Certified E-Mail, this is a closed circuit, the e-mails coming from addresses not <pec>, are destroyed at the entrance - To write to an address <pec> you need an address <pec> of departure. In my opinion, these gentlemen do not even respond to an email in Italian and it is perhaps equally difficult to get an answer on the phone. Then of course, the certificates you are looking for will be in some dusty archive, they cannot be digitized, but picked up by a natural person who shows up at the counter. To obtain the certificates electronically, it is necessary to possess a SPID certification, to have which you need a residence document and an Italian fiscal code, therefore, you must forget this road and physically go to the municipality of Naples, that is to charge a person of your trust – not necessary a proxy  - that goes to the office for you.http://www.comune.napoli.it/flex/cm/pages/ServeBLOB.php/L/IT/IDPagina/36453However, here is a useful link for you that explains what and how to do it,to ask and maybe get the certificates.http://www.comune.napoli.it/flex/cm/pages/ServeBLOB.php/L/IT/IDPagina/36452at end of this link , you can download the pdf module for submit the request to the office .the module has to sign by a person that delivery it , at office ! , necessary even that person document copy ( Passport or Italian Identity card )a suggestion I can give you is to send an email to <lucia.baldini@infocomas.it> writing in English - the lady is responsible for the municipality of Naples of a fairly known agency in Italy the <VISURNET> , which deals exclusively with obtaining documents of this kind, throughout Italy. The owner of the company assured me that they have a person who daily goes to the offices of the municipality of Naples, to obtain documents, of Italian emigrants, in different countries. He also told me that to get these documents they need more than 40 days and they want to be paid in advance.I wish you a good result
