595 Swimming pool suppliers in Fasano/Monopoli region

We are currently restoring a trullo near Fasano, and whilst our architects are great they don't have a lot of pool experience.

Do you know of any good pool suppliers? It would be even better if they spoke English too.

Also does anyone have any experience of digging a well and how much it might cost?

We were told anything e3000 plus depending how deep they have to go. sorry a bit vague I know but suppose they don't know until they have checked depth.

We looked into the costings for wells last year. The cost for a well is charged per linear metre. One lined with cement is approx Euro 70/linear metre and one lined with pvc and pebble is Euro 85/linear metre. They usually go 5-6 metres below the depth of water found. In addition there will be the cost of the pump, autoclave and covering etc and the water diviner. We were told if they dig but do not find water, even with a diviner there are no guarantees, the fee is Euro 20/linear metre. The machinery needs quite a lot of space, 6 metres x 10 metres approx and it usually takes a couple of days, but more if they hit rock. Some comune require you to obtain planning permission, others do not seem to worry, but you need to check in advance otherwise you could face a hefty fine. Costings will vary from area to area but at least this will give you some indication. Have no experience of pools, so cannot help you there, sorry.
