651 Lions 2nd Test (rugby)

Next week we are going to be in Florence. My husband is worried that he is going to miss the game in New Zealand between the Lions and the All Blacks. He seems to think that he might get a chance to watch it in one of the Irish pubs that there are there. Is this a posibility?

Irish pubs are usually a great place to go and watch sporting events anywhere in the world, but I think that a game kicking off at 7:10am Italian time (8:10am BST) is unlikely to coincide with the opening hours of any suitable venues in Florence. I hope your husband will not be too disappointed!

Thanks for your reply. I am sure he will survive!!! I can think of much better things to do in Florence than watch rugby.
