In a previous thread someone wrote that the english 'free view' digi box may be able to be used as a decoder in Italy. As these are far cheaper than the Italian ones I wondered if anyone has, or intends to try this? I would be very interested in the outcome.

I don't think there's much difference in price. The cheapest price I have bought a digibox for in the UK is £35. This was for a basic Bush box with no ability to use a CAM card. The average seems to be about £50. I think that Italian boxes tend to cost around EUR 75 which is the same price.
