989 Buying and renovating in Liguria

Has anyone purchased property in the area of Imperia, Liguria? What experiences did you have in renovating?

We have just bought a property near Imperia but it is a new one so we have not been involved in renovation

I usually deal with properties in Piemonte, but for Liguria I would recoomend the Immobiliare martinelli ([url]www.immobiliaremartinelli.com)[/url], a very helpful english speaking girl works there, her name is Emanuela.

Renovating properties in Liguria is usually pretty straigt forward. People from Liguria are hard workers and very reliable ( as a general rule...!!!).

So good luck, Liguria is a beautiful place to be!
