Great, so would have a nicer texture.
I find taralli far too dry. Even with a glass of wine and/or fruit juice they suck all the moisture out of your mouth.
Grissini on the other hand are great, so a sweet version would be very interesting.
Now to translate the recipe - homework for this evening...
