1077 Building work required

I have just purchased an old stone house near Cassola in Lunigiana, do i need permission to install a new kitchen and bathroom, i also want to re-wire the house, and knock down to internal walls to make two rooms bigger, can any one reccomned a builder and do i need a geometra.

Hi Kanea.
If you look at the thread I started entitled 'Geometra vs Architect' you will see some of the answers to your question. As I am going down a similar route I have asked similar questions, I do'nt know if you intend doing some of the work yourself but it is looking decidedly difficult to do with all the certificates
and inspections you seem to need.
