Many thanks
I agree - it seems everyone is thinking of teaching english, etc... I need to look at my current skills and go from there - I think!

I wasn't being sarcastic or anything BTW, it's just that someone was posting about difficulties a few weeks ago, and, almost as a throw away remark said they were thinking of running ceramic painting breaks... I thought, woww, that could be just the thing "different" enough to make a small operation work, but, we humans (well, YOU humans... long story.) constantly knock our own abilities, so, think what you've got that you can use... :)

See I was right about "V" :)
Yep, this earning a living in Italy is a tricky thing, we would really love to move over but both pressured with jobs to exist here, so don't have time to diversify at the mo. Could become an agent..........;)
good idea

Hoy, Trullimart etc., I like you, when we take over this planet, you will be given a choice... A swift painless death, or, everlasting life as an estate agent...

You know I'm feeling a little sorry for new comers to this forum, all the helpfull info and advice etc has gone out the widow lately.....Oh what the heck, as I was saying........

Ohh, go on then,
I think the thing with advice is that it all seems to be the same advice, when I worked for a living, we used to have similar problems, my secretary and I devised a number of standard answer sheets, very impersonal, but, they gave the basics.
It sometimes seems that every second person moving over is either going to teach English, run a B&B or maintain other people's houses... I think you should look to your own strengths, don't start by saying "Well I can't..." though. Then think what those strengths can bring to your new life. Then ask for help to accomplish that... :)
I am worrying, that almost made sense
Welcome to the forums too...
