I bought a house 18 months ago and moved in this year in July. So far, the post has been delivered to my architect's address.
The post woman refuses to deliver post to my house. There have been so many excuses. We have installed a post box outside my gate, With our name & address clearly visible. It is 4 metres from my neighbours post box, yet she still refuses to deliver my post.
She is now saying that the road is not good enough ( yet she delivers to the other two houses in our road).
My architect is going on holiday, which means I will have no post for two weeks, should any bills arrive, what do I do? We have already been fined heavily because we were late with a bill from the Commune.
Do they have legal obligation to deliver my mail? Help ,someone ,what do I do now?

Of course they must deliver your mail.
You better talk - (protest) with the post-office boss
