Hi just joined, Interested in all things Italian, having looked at properties etc for years decided this year was do it or forget it! so shot off to Le marche and we fell for the first property we saw!!!!! Within two days price offered, accepted, mortgage arranged, Roggito due to be signed at the end of this month (sept) can't wait

At the moment we need to modify house. Have got my eye out for a suitable job opportunity. We would love to sell up here and move there full time. House has three acres of good arable quality land so hope to live as self sufficient as possible.

House is about 10 kms from Jesi and about the same from cingoli . It's a rustico with about a hectare of land and some woodland.
