1044 Rental

My parents are looking for a short-term (6 months) let, in a property with suitable garden/terrace (as they have 2 cats), within 15 miles from Turin, Pisa or Lucca with ameneties (grocery stores etc) within walking distance. They will be ready from October/November onwards.

I have just returned from Italy and stayed in a villa 3 minutes from Lucca centre. It is mainly advertised to Germans and Italians and the website is very old- currently be updated - but the villas range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and some are occupied by long term Italian renters. They have pets. It is part of the Villa Benardini and the Contessa's son, Massimo speaks English.
The villa we stayed in had 3 bedrooms and was a typical Italian style house, very beautiful. It's on the flat but just off the SS12 going to Pisa, at Vicopelago.

Hi Angela,

Do you know if there is apossibility of renting unfurnished houses or apartments in this area please?

My wife and I are looking for an unfurnished house for a two or three years, and this area would suit us very well.

I don't want to put you to too much trouble, but any info you may have would be more than useful
