My new house!!! All suggestions welcome!!! Should I save my old bread oven?

Hi there, New to the forum, have just finished buying this gem in Chieti in a lovely small village. Would love to hear any comments or suggestions or any experience anyone has in doing up townhouses. There's an old bread oven in the kitchen there - the house dates back to 1870, and I'm really in two minds whether to keep the bread oven as a feature or demolish it for space. In total I have over 100 sq m, so space isn't a big issue. Please let me know and I'll go with the majority of opinions!
