11622 I need precise phrase in Italian for...

... "end-terrace house".
I need to write detailed descriptions for a series of properties in (my fairly OK-ish) Italian.
However, I'm stuck on this one.
I know "villa a schiera" = terraced house but is there a proper (professional-sounding) phrase for "end-terrace house"?
Before anyone suggests, I've already looked in the Italian property glossary thread (in another section).
Thanks very much

Cielo terra libero su tre lati?
Sites such as this are a good source of real estate vocabulary: IMMOBILI DI PRESTIGIO VILLE CASALI in VENDITA : CASTELLI,CASOLARE, RUDERI, MONASTERI, RUSTICI PERUGIA UMBRIA FIRENZE TOSCANA CAPRI PORTOFINO PERUGIA UMBRIA

In Tuscany, we would use terratetto libero su tre latti. I would say "ultimo terratetto di una casa a schiera libero su tre latti". Perhaps a bit complicated, but it is the best I can come up with.

I would say "villa a schiera libera su tre lati". that's what my parent's house in Casal Palocco in Rome is called and that's an end-of-terrace.

I've often found this site useful - it may not have the translation for "end of terrace" that you're looking for now, but I'm sure it will be useful for many other phrases you (and others) may need.
