Next February it will be our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Fortunately, he doesn't call me "amore".... but he has already bought me something at a Ponte Vecchio jeweller to celebrate. It will be our Ruby Wedding Anniversary, so I am really looking forward to it.... I do hope that he has not forgotten my name! Oooops!

Help please - I understood everything, including the "ca!!o" and "porca miseria" (a personal favourite), but I can't quite hear the punchline. Help please.
