I agree with Notaio - there isn't any readily identifiable Italian national dance. When one must be performed I think tarantella would step up to take the responsibility but that really is a dance that exists in various form just from Napoli down to Sicily.

Flamenco is spanish, salsa is from South or Central America I guess.
In Italy there is not a national dance: many regions, many towns, many dances. Probablly the closest to a national dance is Tarantella.
