1204 Making Wine ?

I know ...grapes not suppose to be ready until September/October as my neighbours keep telling me but mine are huge and are now starting to rot on the vine.......we have a fair few ( not a proper vineyard as such ) which I am sure would be enough to make a few demi-johns of wine rather than let them go to waste.
We used to make wine in the 70s before we could afford to buy the real thing in bottles !!!...and have chucked all the books out ( and the demi-johns etc !!! ) long ago.

Any advise on what basic equipment we need ( i seriously don't mind doing the squashing with my ( clean ! ) feet jobby ) and if there is a book about making wine with grapes ( we used to use Boots kits and pears , potatoes and rice....oooh potent stuff !!!)....and really how to do it...idiots guide preferred !!!!
Need answers in a hurry before we lose them all. :(
