1034 super-tax on swimming pool

Does anyone know at what size a pool would make your house liable for luxury house tax-and does it apply to above ground pools.
Has anyone applied for permission for a pool -if so how long did it take and cost?

The tax does not apply to above ground pools.
The permission dhould take around a month, but it depends on your comune.

As Paola says, you would really need to ask your comune, they vary.
