11454 Help! Channel 4 problem in Italy

Hi
Normally no probs. with Channel 4 and our sky box. But, last night :no:got picture but no sound. All other channels,ok the ones we can get ok.

Any help/advice greatly appreciated. Life without Channel 4 :eeeek:

Try switching the sky box off at the wall plug connection and leave if off for about 30-40 sec's, this resets the box, then reconnect and trun on your sky box, it will take some time to receive the TV signal back but hopefully this will fix your problem. If not it maybe something to with the signal strenght.

Many thanks for your reply Jw, we did lose the C4 signal (all the other normal channels that we can receive were ok)for a few days, but then lo and behold it came back by itself. Have tried the switching and off thing when it went before and it worked. We had a picture but no sound. We tried 'micro' repositioning the dish, it did change the reception but did not restore full reception.
