We have just received from the Agenzia Entrate in San Benedetto del Tronto a "Richiesta notizie atto" asking us to tell them How many floors our house is, what the square meterage of is floor is and what is it's use. It also asks for the condition of the property and what utilities there are (light, gas etc). Finally it asks what the "ubicazione" is (I think this is how close to a town centre).
The house is currently registered as rurale and has no value in the cadastrale extract.
Should we have this request if our house is still undergoing renovation?

I would suggest you give them a call and ask for more details... ubicazione means where the house is, by the way.
