I'm very pleased to have been welcomed into this community. I'm glad to be onboard.
I have lived in Italy for many years but am now living in Florida. I try to get back to Italy at least once a year. We have a small place that we love very much in Nettuno. Wew try to rent it while we're not there.

I came across this group while trying to sort out a Telecom problem . . . I was mailed a bill which I seem to be unable to pay online.
Anyway - I hope to be able to share with some of you in the future.

Hi Jo
I have a friend in Nettuno and have visited a couple of times, eating in the restaurants in the Piazza and walking along the beach. It is a lovely town. And of course there is the very beautifully kept American War memorial at Anzio nearby. No doubt you have been to that fantastic museum not far from Nettuno where there are life size exhibits that portray WWII from start to finish and life in Italy as well as the biggest toy collection in the world?

I have a house in Picinisco near Cassino. It is only about 2 hours from my friend in Nettuno so we exchange visits. Bet you miss Italy. Very different from Florida.

That museum that you mentioned is a place I only learned about a few years ago - but no, I still haven't has an opprtunity to get to it. I understand it's a privately owned museum way out in the middle of nowhere.
We're thinking of being in Nettuno for the month of February. Maybe that will be the opportunity.
I love Nettuno. The place we own is right on Pzza Marconi looking out over the water on one side and over the chiurch steps on the other. We get all the church events from the kitchen window with a pigeon perspective.
