11118 spam - a suggestion

Is there anyway that the use of signature links can be limited to those with a minimum number of posts? This would virtually eliminate sig link spammers (it won't stop them posting links in their messages but these are a lot easier to spot). I.e. they have to have at least 50 posts before they can add a signature link (or indeed any links? possible).
