Good afternoon,my name is Eduardo Ibarra. I was originally registered in the AIRE in Caracas, Venezuela. However, I'm a student in the US and need to renew my passport. I sent all the documents needed to  the italian consulate in Chicago to be able to renew my passport there. After I sent everything I went to my appointment and they could not renew my passport because they had not registered me yet. How and when will I know if they already registered me and be ready to renew my passport there?Thanks in advance, Eduardo.
