Italians and Corsica

Hi, I have just joined and would appreciate some advice. We have an apartment on the east coast of Corsica where the majority of the other complex owners are Italian i guess because of easy access. Unfortunately we cannot find the time to use the apartment and would therefore like to offer it for sale complete with a guaranteed rental income. The question is how do i access interested Italian buyers? All help greatly appreciated
