I thought I would start a new thread on this for easy access.
Anyone have any idea on pricing for an external chimney from a pellet stove to reach above the roof line on the 2nd floor of a house. I am posting on behalf of a friend who is not well enough to do her own research, so forgive me for being vague.
I have a very good friend who is being harassed by a previous partner by phone.I remember in the UK that British Telecom had steps they could take to prevent nuisance calls of this nature.

So now being in possession of our permanent residency, apart from health care issues (and the rather nice baseball hat from the Sindico) what other advantages can we expect ?.
An Aesops fables moment (OK I know that was grapes....) I went down to check on our large cherry tree, bent over with the weight of cherries this year and surprised two large adult foxes doing the same thing.

Guess you are writing tongue in cheek Badger....the B&B got excellent reviews in tripadvisor and the photos look wonderful!....bit of inadvertant promotion on your part!

We have 2 basins/sinks in the bathroom, and dare I say a bidet as well...each is occupied by a cat asleep escaping from the heat......one more use for a bidet!
The sinks are fantastic.....worth it just for them!.

Following on from Gala I have had success poaching figs in vino cotto and then freezing them, also stoned cherries poached in Masala freeze well. Am not a fan of using sugar or of bottled fruit or veg, so invested in a chest freezer, that might be your answer pamela.
