Sounds very dodgy to me too, Marche is very strict on building regs, and the commune will notice that works are being carried out without a formal agreement and the relevant paperwork being submitted....perhaps it is a misunderstanding?
Jackie may we have an up-date please on what happened to the kittens as you said you were returning to the UK today? Flip in village doorways here they use bottles full of water by the door step, cats keep away.

We found the Chinese supermarket on Sunday....now need recipes from Badger as over-come by the variety and didnt know where to start!.
I always find that a simple "put it in writing to me" always works, why agree anything over the phone to someone you dont know? for a service you already have.
