The two bedrooms are up separate stairways. There is a spacious outdoor terrace off the main bedroom looking out to beautiful views of the Gran Sasso mountain range and the village of Castilenti.

The villa is only 15 km to the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea and approximately 1 hour to a dozen different ski resorts. The Gran Sasso mountains are just an hour away. A quiet countryside setting, yet with within 45 minutes to the airport in Pescara and two and a half hours from Rome.
