Hi.

I have a property in the Italian Alps, it is mortgage free and I was going wondering about the possibility of take a loan out against the house.

It's this something Italian banks look at ?

Or would a UK bank consider an Italian (post Brexit) property?

My wife has Italian residency and mine is pending.
