Duino Aurisina (Friuli Venezia Giulia)

Duino-Aurisina is a comune in the Province of Trieste in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Lying near the border with Slovenia, it has a substantial Slovene population. It is named by the two major settlements, Duino (Devin) and Aurisina (Nabrežina). Duino is a town and castle at the Adriatic coast. The two Duino castles are the main attraction. The older castle, dating back to the 11th century and which belonged to the patriarchate of Aquileia, is in ruins, while the newer Duino Castle dates back to 1389, is inhabited to this day and can be visited by tourists. Below the ruins of the ancient castle there lies a white rock projecting into the sea, the Dama Bianca, which resembles a veiled woman and gave origin to many gothic legends. Aurisina is a town in the karst part of the comune of Duino-Aurisina.

Hello Everyone.

I am selling my house in Italy. Does any one know of a portal or web site where I can find out the current land value? This is important for buyers and so far I cannot find it. Thanks so much for any help!

Cheers,

Joe
