The property is a former old farmhouse , with adjoining house of 130 sq.M. plus a. courtyard of 152 sq.M., needs to be restored. The site is located about 3 km away from both Modica and Scicli, two baroque towns that have been listed as two of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites for their beauty, and 8 km from the Mediterranean Sea and its beautiful beach.Besides the house there is an extension of land covering an area approximately of 23000 sq.M. of field with carob and olive trees.
