Trivial Pursuits exists. We have played it in my Italian group. (OK we only played the children's version but it was easier on vocabulary). I would like an Italian version of Taboo for my group but games seem to be very expensive in Italy. I cant remember the Italian names for either of these. I've also played the Italian Who wants to be a millionaire in another group. They are all brilliant for using vocab.
Italian board games/toy shops
Submitted by Pacentro08 on Mon, 11/02/2009 - 14:14Thanks Alma and Ram. I'm wondering if the original board games have been eclipsed by electronic versions. If you wouldn't mind, Alma, could you ask where your Italian group leader got them from please? I'm going to Italy next week and it would save me time if I had a shop to aim for. I was really enjoying Chi vuole essere milionario on TV till Canale 5 became a scrambled channel, so it started me thinking about board games. Many thanks

We were a bit disappointed when Canale 5 became a scrambled channel, but we searched through all of the channels and it is being broadcast on another channel instead. The channel is labelled up mediashopping, but it is exactly the same as before.Good luck searching!John & Toni
