For just 200 euros per year, the canal provides unlimited water for irrigation and lets you enjoy the sound of Mount Etna snowmelt rushing through your property all summer long.

It is beautifully landscaped with terraced gardens where an assortment of vegetables, fruit, and nut trees are already in place and fully irrigated. The irrigation system has an electric pump that delivers water from the aqueduct to the terraced gardens and fruit trees above. Trees include blood orange, tangerine, lemon, nectarine, peach, pear, apple, pomegranate, grapefruit, avocado, olive, kiwi, pistachio, chestnut, mulberry, persimmon, banana, mango, cherry, apricot, and figs, as well as grape vines and berry bushes.

There is also a roof-top terrace with a pergola that is covered in grape vines in the summer, a shade umbrella and a fire pit. An on-site bocce ball court offers loads of fun entertainment for the whole family and guests, surrounded by benches, patio furniture and a tree swing, all nestled under giant shade trees.

Adjacent to the property is a beautiful arched railway bridge, no longer used except for the occasional hiker.
