There is also a large in-ground spiral wine cellar with room for hundreds of bottles (we haven’t counted how many!!)



The utilities include alarm system, automatic irrigation, artisan water well with 20,000 litre water storage.  Plus a further underground domestic water storage facility near the house, from where the water goes to the osmosis purification system and, after purification, is strored in another tank with potable drinking water.



It is a newly restored property with introduction of modern technological solutions, offering all the required comforts. The conditions are perfect and the location, with easy access, is very central. Castiglion Fiorentino with all services, including railway station, is at 6.5 km distance. Cortona – 18 km, Arezzo – 19.5 km, Montepulciano – 31 km, Montalcino – 56 km, Siena – 62 km, Perugia with international airport in continuous expansion – 67 km, Florence – 80 km. So most famous places in central Tuscany and Umbria can be reached in less than one hour of driving.

And, in the near future a new High Speed train station will be realized at a distance of about 20 km. This would mean getting to Rome in 1 hour and 15 minutes and about 03 minutes to the centre of Florence, one hour and 50 minutes to Bologna and 3.5 hours to Milan.
