Charlotte Oliver

I am an English expat, I have been living in Rome for 15 years.I am a Solicitor and qualified as an Avvocato in Italy since 2001, practicing Italian law, specialising in property law, inheritance and family law.  Oliver & Partners international law firm in Rome.I am especially interested in issues of rights of free movement and the right to vote for European citizens, I have represented a client at the European Court of Human Rights to challenge the 15 year rule which excludes British citizens from voting in general elections if they live abroad for this period of time. I was involved in the legal challenge at the Supreme Court in the UK for the right of all British citizens to vote in the Referendum.
