Is customer service here non existent?  When i purchased a $199 membership, does it mean i don’t have access to all content?  Is anyone home here or do my emails just keep getting ignored?

I did not know you have to pay membership. I can access most everything I need to know here without membership. Hope you can get live person to answer your question. Good luck. Than you
