Even people who have lived in Rome for their entire life keep repeating that one can never finish exploring the eternal city - so what chance does a visitor on a short break in the capital have. Still if, during your short break in Rome, you want to try something which is not the Colloseum or the Vatican then consider the Guggenheim exhibition at the Scuderie del Quirinale (Via XXIV Maggio, 16).
From Renoir to Andy Warhol, 75 masterpieces from the Guggenheim museums in New York, Bilbao and Venice are on show. Works by Picasso, Renoir, Miró, Kandinsky, Monet, Pollock, Cezanne, Mondrian, Léger, Rothko, Ernst and Klee represent some of last century's artistic masterpieces.
The exhibition ends on the 5th of June
