Happy New Year to all you established residents of Abruzzi I am in the process of having a property renovated in Collecorvino. I am experiencing the the false promises of a project manager who thinks that the english pocket is a bottomless pit. I have read most threads about builders in the region but if anyone knows of a reliable English speaking builder in that area I would be interested. However does anyone know how to contact the following contractor " Top Group Co. SIL" or thats what it looks like on the quote.
