[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3]The CTCU has invited the Consiglio Notarile of Bolzano to follow the example of the Colleggio Notarile of Como and Lecco who have set up a web page containing detailed and practical information for the public. I totally agree and the rest is already following, since Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato is fixing up the guidelines for a national fee, with simple, clear and fair standards, to be publish on line.
Meanwhile, talking about my neighborhood, the Consiglio Notarile of Macerata is, right now, able to give all the informations about the "tariffa notarile" according the various services provided, only by phone now, but soon on line too.
Naturally we're talking of guideline for standard contracts.
