3977 Sansepolcro-Property for sale

Hi just back from a two week holiday in Italy.
Does anyone know of any agents in the area who sells in Sansepolcro , in particular the historical centre.?
Any advice reference that area?

Hi

I've been to Sansepolcro and viewed properties there but through an English Agent. This was a few years ago and her prices now are very high.

I also discovered by chance whilst strolling there an Italian agent called Marcellini or a spelling like that. They have a web site.

Like so many thing asked on these forums answers can be foound using Google and just typing in key words, either English or Italian!!!

Coincidentally I looked at half a dozen properties in Sansepolcro centro storico just a couple of months ago with (Giovanni) Balducci. He should therefore be able to help you.

I would also recommend him having bought a property with his help a few years ago.

Try also Aptadomus. [url]www.aptadomus.it[/url]. We bought our house through them(not in the centro storico though they do sell such properties) . We found them very professional and efficient and were very impressed with them. Bruno Coleschi is the person to talk to. Sonia, the secretary, speaks good English
