3482 travel with bambino

I just found a great price to travel to Italy this june and want to take the wife there for her b-day and our anniversary. We were there last year and two years ago. Thing is we now have the bambino who will be 6 mos in june. We can fly into Bergamo or Pisa and are looking for any advice. All we want is the weather, the food and water, be it pool, lake or sea! Not interested in sight seeing this time around, we got that out of our system the last two times when we were "hands free". Agri tourism would be better than a hotel as we would like to call the place "home" for a week and can self cater. A pool or near proximity to lake/beach will close the deal. C'mon amici, you guys are great at this...what's the advice? p.s. two years ago the forum advised the hotel Piedmonte in Bergamo and the restaurant next door. Both were perfect for what we needed at that time. Grazie!

Travel & Holiday Advice

Dear Guisseppe,
I know we are blowing our trumpet here, but we do have availability at our Agriturismo during June.
We are just 45 minutes drive from Pisa airport in the village of Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo and with just four self catering apartments overlooking the castle and village your guaranteed peace and quiet.
You would have the use of a large Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area and can enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace outside the apartments.
The village and surrounding area also benefit from very good restaurants.I could go on listing all the benefits of our Agriturismo but the photos at our site should show you how beautiful Podere Zollaio is.
Currently we have two apartments available:
The Archi apartment which is the most spacious of our apartments, is available between the 7th and the 17th of June and is priced at Euro 600 per week or Euro 85 per night
The Gallerie apartment is available between the 2nd and the 24th of June and is priced at Euro 499 per week or Euro 75 per night.

I hope we can help you with this
Kind Regards
Ian Selby
